Produktbeschreibung
Based on the possible harm caused by the therapeutic activity in health, it is also necessary to identify the different processes and tools that seek to generate symmetry between the rights and obligations that interact between the health professional and the patient from a legal point of view. The objective of this work was to develop a proposal for a model of expert care for the National Institute of Forensic Medicine and Forensic Sciences for each type of request, from the criminal, civil or administrative instances, which, from a health and justice approach, provides experts and in general the staff of judicial operators with a conceptual and technical approach to the legal processes arising from dissatisfaction in the provision of health services. The aim of this paper is to identify the most frequent failures in health care, using a multidisciplinary approach, not only to determine the legal consequences in the exercise of the profession, but also to review and analyse how the service is provided in accordance with the regulations of the Colombian social security health system.
