Dan Tomasulo, PhD, MFA, MAPP, is part of the core faculty for the Spirit, Mind, Body Institute (SMBI), Teachers College, and Columbia University. He holds a PhD in psychology, an MFA in writing, and a master's of applied positive psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, where he works with Martin Seligman-known as the father of positive psychology. He is a highly sought-after international speaker on topics relating to applied positive psychology and positive psychotherapy. Tomasulo is winner of The International Positive Psychology Association's Avant Garde Clinical Intervention Award and authors the daily column, Ask the Therapist for psychcentral.com.
