Autorenporträt
Dr. Casimir J. Kowalski, is a former Dean and Professor of Educational Leadership, School of Education, South Carolina State University, and a former Chancellor, Allegheny Campus, Penn State University. He also was Director, International Programs, Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University, and served as President, Alliance College, Cambridge Springs, Pennsylvania. Dr. Kowalski is the recipient of the U.S. Army Outstanding Civilian Service Medal, Distinguished Alummus Award, SUNY at Oswego, NY, and inducted into the SUNY Oswego Athletic Hall of Fame (November 2006). He is past Editor of Psychology and Education An Interdisciplinary Journal.
