This survey study was aimed at Leadership Performance Assessment of Farmers Organization: The Case of Selected Woredas in South West Shewa Zone of Oromia National Regional State.In the study area, there are various problems facing Farmers' Organizations. The objective of this study is to address those many problems identified in this study in the study area. The target populations for this study were committee members of Multipurpose Agricultural Cooperative Societies. For the sake of achieving the objectives of this study, purposive sampling method was followed to select nine Multipurpose Agricultural Cooperative Societies and a total of one hundred thirty-eight (138) respondents.
