As the Owner of Gray Management, a renowned management consulting firm, Jimmie works domestically and globally to develop and implement effective Lean Six Sigma strategies for businesses. He is affiliated with the National Financial Educators Council and the American Society for Quality. Jimmie holds a Bachelor's degree in Automated Manufacturing Engineering Technology, a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Executive MBA, and a Doctorate of Education in Leadership Studies.
