National Certified Piano Teacher (NCTM & ACM) with 30 years of teaching experience, award-winning educator, pianist, pedagogical practitioner, youth talent development and strategy planning expert, and consultant. She holds two master's degrees in both Piano Performance & Pedagogy and Music Education, and also has cross-border discipline certifications from China and the United States of America. She is currently the vice president of the Connecticut State Music Teachers Association and is the founder of All Talent Academy and Piano Village Foundation. She created and established an innovative 3EFM teaching method that works effectively and provides significant results from her students among all ages and levels. She is the creator of (c)Felicia's Piano Core Literacy Education Fundamental Curricula, (c)LaWilla Pre-K Aptitude Development Learning Readiness Curricula, and (c)Music Theory Express. She teaches all levels of piano performance, theory, and pedagogy. She has been awarded numerous prestigious international piano education awards for her outstanding teaching. Her name was included in the Hall of Fame Piano Guild USA in 2006 as well as the Marquis Who's Who of American Women 2000/2001. She is also an active adjudicator and often gives lectures, workshops, and masterclasses internationally.
