CARDOZO [1870-1938] an associate justice of the Supreme Court, was one of the most influential American jurists of the twentieth century. He is the author of The Nature of the Judicial Process (1921), The Paradoxes of Legal Science (1928) and What Medicine Can Do for Law (1930).
