Soon, I will foreclose on a tax lien property without lawyer assistance. I have done all this and much more without book-worming real estate manuals or working for one. I am self-taught, learning on the go and listening to the title people, land surveyor and the good folk at the county. When your name is on the deed, and your truths are county recorded documents, the possibilities are limitless. If you are willing NO landlord, neon sign, lock and key, operating hour, and calendar, this book might be for you. One thing for certain, when walking a property you will have an audience of burro, mustang, wolf, coyote, llama, elk, and steer. If you have common sense, real estate is for you. If you have a sense for adventure, fun and thinking independently, then Land Master Wisdom might be worth the read.
