Paul Pelckmans est professeur de littérature française et générale à l'université d'Anvers. Ses recherches portent sur le roman sentimental et sur l'histoire littéraire de la mort. Publications récentes: Le problème de l'incroyance au XVIIIe siècle, 2010; La sociabilité des coeurs, 2013; De wereld van La Fontaine, 2017. Paul Pelckmans is professor in French & General Literature at Antwerp University. His main research topics are the XVIIth and XVIIIth century sentimental novel and the literary history of death. Recently he published Le problème de l'incroyance au XVIIIe siècle, 2010; La sociabilité des coeurs, 2013; De wereld van La Fontaine, 2017.
