Agon Halabaku è nato il 12.10.1964 a Pozharan, Kosovo. Studi di base presso la Facoltà di Giurisprudenza. Master in diritto internazionale. Dottorato di ricerca in economia aziendale presso l'Università Apollos (2015). Dottorato di ricerca in diritto presso l'Università internazionale del distretto di Brcko (2019). Dottorando in scienze politiche.
