The authors of present book are primarily addressing practitioners - judges and lawyers - and scholars, while keeping in mind the aim to support any current market actor as well as future founders of commercial entities in Kosovo wishing to familiarisewith the challenging legal requirements as well as the practice of establishing and running a business in Kosovo.
