Autorenporträt
KP Dawes was born in Communist Poland in 1979. After escaping the country under threat of arrest the family relocated first to France and eventually the United States. KP grew up in a working-class northwest side neighborhood of Chicago, earning a Bachelor's in Anthropology and a Master's in History at Loyola University. He's been a teacher, a speechwriter, and editor. Currently he works in the publishing industry, writing books and creating art in his spare hours. Find him at kpdawes.com.
