Experience gained by the methodology's application in concrete research are presented and transformed into guidelines for its improvement, which could be useful for later research. According to the presented KM model, education institutions can implement KM techniques, constitute KM processes and form KM cultures. Therefore this book represents an important literature in management field for academics as well as for practitioners.
