The present research intends to understand how the knowledge creation process is structured within enterprisers embedded on biotechnological-industrial clusters in France and Brazil. Since this Master thesis was made online available in February 2009 until November 2013 on base of theses and dissertations of Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil), it got more than 4,600 downloads and more than 1,100 accesses on that database. It was downloaded in twenty-five countries (including Brazil) and accessed in thirty-one countries (including Brazil).
