ABSTRACT:The aim of this research was to assess knowledge and attitude of pregnant women using ANC in both health centers.The book had the main purpose to assess and identify the knowledge and attitude of pregnant women using ANC in both health centers.The Cross-sectional and Descriptive research was conducted using structured questionnaire whereby 386 pregnant women were selected and interviewed.The x2 and Logistic Regression were used for data analysis using SPSS,whereby the statistical significance was set at p0,05.As part of the level of knowledge,Bivariate analysis indicated that 95.3% of pregnant women in the second trimester think that the required numbers of ANC was two.While,87.3% in the third trimester indicated that the required numbers of ANC was three. Multivariate analysis shows a very highly significant difference according to gestational age(p=0.000)&the number of parity(p=0.014).On the level of attitude,the bivariate analysis indicated that98.8%constitute pregnant women with gestational age in the third trimester had positive attitude towards ANC use.The levels of knowledge and attitude are improving gradually as gestational age(month)& number of parity increase.
