Objective: To evaluate the knowledge and attitudes about biosafety of students graduating from the 2020-2021CII cycle of the Pilot School of Dentistry. To indicate their social and cultural characteristics. To review the prevention actions for the contagion of infectious diseases in the dental area. Materials: 54 articles were reviewed from search engines and meta-search engines: Google Scholar, Scielo, Redalyc, Web Of Science, PubMed and others, based on the keywords: Biosafety, Prevention, Disease, Knowledge. A KAP-type questionnaire was used, with the help of the Google survey application and institutional mail. With an ordinal scale with indicators of level of knowledge: high, medium and low. Methods: deductive and inductive, descriptive, analytical - synthetic, bibliographical - documentary.
