Hi I'm Kathy. I've always been a little obsessed with planners and diaries. Unfortunately, despite all my planning and scheduling, my goals always seemed to be out of my reach. Then, I discovered journaling. I began using the techniques in this book everyday. My mindset shifted a lot and the goals were accomplished. I had discovered the missing piece in my planning.
