Roger Lepley is an architect and industrial designer living in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He has been a frequent visitor to the Hawaiian island of Kaua'i, where he became intrigued with all the wild roosters and hens and, since his hobby is writing humorous stories, he chose the antics of the local island jungle fowl as his target. Roger founded a design and manufacturing company in Kalamazoo which is family owned and administered.
