Charles E. MacLean, J.D., Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the School of Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice at the Metropolitan State University in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Prior to entering the Academy, Chuck served for twenty years as a state felony prosecutor in Minnesota. Adam Lamparello, J.D., LL.M., is an Assistant Professor of Public Law at Georgia State College and University in Milledgeville, Georgia. Adam has published over seventy-five law review articles and three textbooks that focus on constitutional law, criminal law, and legal education.
