Theodore Mann (New York) has devoted most of his time and energy over the past six decades to Circle in the Square Theatre. He has produced and/or directed more than 250 plays at Circle, including 19 productions of O'Neill. He also finds time to direct plays - most recently The Irish Play and Chekhov's The Bear and The Proposal - as well as opera. He currently is working with Joziah Longo of The Circus Band on a musical adaptation of Aesop's Fables.
