Esther Osir is a Senior Lecturer at Kenya Medical Training College in Kenya. She is a Public Health Officer holding among others Bsc Hons in Health Systems Approach to Care and Management of HIV/AIDS from Manchester University, Masters and PhD both in Community Health and development from Great Lakes University of Kisumu.
