With so many changes in the health sector, it is important to understand whether nurses are satisfied in the exercise of their professional activity. This is an observational, analytical and cross-sectional study using quantitative methodologies, applied to 41 perioperative nurses working at the ULSNE, with the aim of assessing their perception of satisfaction with their work. The data collection instrument consisted of questions relating to sociodemographic and professional characterization, and the Job Satisfaction Scale (EST) by Ribeiro (2002).

Cláudia Nunes ist seit 2005 Krankenschwester und hat einen Postgraduiertenabschluss in Notfall- und Intensivpflege, einen Postgraduiertenabschluss in Pflegemanagement und einen Masterabschluss in medizinisch-chirurgischer Pflege. Sie hat in der Inneren Medizin und der Allgemeinchirurgie gearbeitet und ist seit 2012 im Operationssaal der ULSNE tätig. Sie ist außerdem Gastassistentin am ESSA-IPB.
