In line with this attitudinal conceptualization, we adopt Brief s (1998, p. 86) definition of job satisfaction as an internal state that is expressed by affectively and cognitively evaluating an experienced job with some degree of favor or disfavor. The previous researchers have studied job satisfaction in relation to some demographic variables and individual factors, the current study examined job satisfaction in relation to organizational citizenship behaviour, organizational commitment and work- family balance.
