This book discusses about the level of job satisfaction among private higher institutions teachers in Ethiopia. It talks about the factors that contributed to their job satisfaction and the challenges the management faced in keeping the education process going. The book reveals that to attain academic excellence in private higher institutions; the issue of job satisfaction must be examined and addressed. Significant levels of dissatisfaction across the diverse teaching structures have been seen and factors like relationships with the management, working environment, and payment has been investigated in detail. As a result it was able to note that among many of the factors pertinent to job satisfaction relationship between co-workers or colleagues was significant. In addition, other factors like communication, contingent rewards have also important bearing in job satisfaction in the studied institutions. The book is basing its finding on well represented sampled of study population and thus can be used as a stepping-stone for an in-depth, systematic exploration and discussion of job satisfaction among private higher institutions.
