Autorenporträt
A one-time associate professor of business, A. W. van Rest has traveled the world promoting sustainable economic development and the use of clean energy technologies. He spent time in Tibet working to electrify villages, schools, and clinics using solar energy, and collaborated with local governments in other Chinese regions to implement sustainable energy projects. He advised government agencies in Europe and the Asia-Pacific region in developing clean energy policies and programs. In the U.S., he directed national programs to promote the use of energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies. He also headed up an east-coast clean energy center and served as chairman of a mid-Atlantic hydrogen and fuel cell coalition. This book is his first entry into the science fiction/fantasy world.
