Autorenporträt
Russel S. Viljoen, obtained his MA in History at the University of the Western Cape (UWC) in 1993, and received his doctorate in History at Leiden University in 2003. He is a Senior Lecturer in History at the University of South Africa in Pretoria. He specializes in Khoikhoi studies and 18th-century South-African history.
