"It's an Inside Out Kind Of Day is a great book for children to work through their emotions. As a Life Coach for Youth, I found this book to be a great tool for helping kids acknowledge and navigate their feelings in a healthy way. I feel this book can be a fantastic way for parents, teachers and mentors to create an open discussion about feelings and emotions. The illustrations are also amazing and help tell the story in an entertaining way!" -Tara Ward, Life Coach for Youth & Founder of TLC for Youth, York County, PA
