What can I do to build trust with people? It is frustrating when people don't do what they are expected to, even paid to do. We need the skills to persuade them and hold them accountable. They don't see the big picture, so we must be able to lead them through the process; from getting them on board, to giving them positive feedback when it is completed. His People Skills training programs have created a positive cultural shift for both Government and non-Government clients. In 1997 Dick joined the Denver Mile Hi chapter of PMI (The Project Management Institute) and has been actively engaged in bringing his People Skills to Project Management Professionals. Another great benefit of "People Skills" is that you can use them outside of work as well. Dick and his wife Mary Ann live in Westminster, Colorado. Dick is an avid walker of their Airedale terrier named Panache.
