Even as adults, women are bullied and intimated by other adult women, which can undermine self-esteem and confidence, leaving women on a rocky shore of uncertainty. It IS About You: Ten Ways to Be Stronger and Happier delivers an honest look at how to deal with those issues in your personal life and workplace. Start each day feeling empowered and strong, instead of dreading the next encounter with a frenemy. Like many women, Paulee Bowin experienced bullying as a teenager, and was surprised to see it happen outside of the schoolroom, too. She has taken the lessons she learned, and her creative spirit, and used that to become her best self, something she puts into her art and her words. It IS About You will help you grow into the best version of yourself, and then use that strength to inspire other women to do the same! About Paulee Bowin For as long as she can remember, Paulee Bowin has been interested in art, writing, and creative arts. A ballet dancer from the age of ten, Paulee has held several unique jobs, including magician's assistant, personal shopper, and leg model. Paulee has had her 220 license for insurance for twenty-three years and is also currently a radio show host. A member of the Professional Association of Visual Artists, as well as a painter, writer, and illustrator, Paulee published her first children's book, The Girl Who Sings the Alphabet Backwards, in 2018, later a Book of the Month selection by a Boca Raton magazine. She currently resides in Clearwater, Florida.
