The present work is a part of such an effort. Aim of the present study was isolation of marine actinomycetes as marine environments are largely untapped source for the isolation of new microorganisms with potentiality to produce active secondary metabolites.

I am Jeasmin Akter, born in Munshiganj. I have completed my SSC and HSC from Munshiganj. I have completed my B.Pharm and M.Pharm from Daffodil International University and State University of Bangladesh respectively with good cGPA. I became a family member of Department of Pharmacy, DIU on October, 2013 as a Teaching Assistant.
