Ha conseguito la laurea, il master e il dottorato in Scienze Animali presso l'Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho FCAV/ UNESP campus di Jaboticabal/SP. Esperienza in irradiazione, polli da carne, tecnologia dei prodotti animali, qualità della carne e delle uova.
