Ujwala Gajula hat im Jahr 2008 ihren B-Tech in Elektrotechnik und Elektronik an der JNTUH und im Jahr 2010 ihren M.Tech in Leistungselektronik und elektrischen Antrieben an der JNTUH erworben. Zurzeit promoviert sie in Teilzeit an der Annamalai Universität, Chidambaram. Sie ist Mitglied von IEEE, IEI und ISTE. Ihre Interessensgebiete sind Leistungsumrichter.
