Was born on 12.10.1973. In 1991 graduated from Secondary School. In 1998 graduated from University and began to work in ISEI-UFA.In 2004 defended his Master's Thesis "The Integration of Russia into the world economy in the context of globalization". Now is a Senior Researcher.
