The new technology has developed to solve all the problems mentioned above. The present research work not only having national importance but also international level in the world. In the present research work, existing conventional piston has modified to burn high viscous vegetable fuels easily and reduces exhaust emissions. A new modified piston has developed with "Semi-Adiabatic Air-Gap Bimetallic Metal Matrices Crown Piston as Unconventional Catalytic Converter" in IC Engines to use alternative fuels, bio-fuels and to reduce emissions from the exhaust in existing IC Engine. The piston has modified in such a way that piston crown has made up Allowac 80A material, skirt is of aluminium alloy, and both assembled by means of screw threads. The piston crown has coated with ceramic coating and over which gold coating has done. The experiments carried out in conventional diesel engine as well as and with the modified SemiAdiabatic Air-Gap Bimetallic Metal Matrices Crown Piston in diesel engine. The oils were used for investigation in this research experimentation are Mahua oil, Mango Seed Biodiesel, Coconut Biodiesel, Rubber seed oil, Pongamia oil, Apricot oil, Soybean oil,etc.

Dr. Hiregoudar Yerrennagoudaru hat mehr als 70 Projekte für UG (BE) und mehr als 20 Projekte für M.Tech geleitet. Er hat zwei Doktoranden hervorgebracht und weitere 06 Studenten betreut. Er ist Mitglied in vielen (14) Berufsverbänden, war technischer Vorsitzender bei vielen internationalen Konferenzen und hielt viele eingeladene Vorträge in Indien und im Ausland.
