MWEMBO LUMBILA NGOIE Robert stammt aus Lulenge, wo er an einem 17. Februar im ehemaligen Kabongo-Territorium in Katanga geboren wurde. Er studierte an den Universitäten von Lubumbashi, Kinshasa, Abidjan und Nairobi Theologie, Englisch, französische Literatur, Agrarwissenschaften und andere Fächer.
