Dr Steven G Hayes is Senior Lecturer in Fashion Technology at The Department of Clothing Design and Technology, Manchester Metropolitan University, Manchester. John Mcloughlin is a Research Associate at the University of Manchester and an International Technical Consultant to the clothing industry.
