PhD. Esteemed conductor, flute player and teacher, he played flute professionally for twenty years with the "G. Enescu" Philharmonic Orchestra in Bucharest, Romania and with the Cape Town Symphony Orchestra and the Cape Philharmonic. At present he is Associate Professor at the Stellenbosch University, South Africa and conducts professionally.
