The Council and its organizations have the purpose of constantly thinking about the territory, implementing socio-community projects in the territory and influencing public and social policies of the State to improve the quality of life and social welfare of the population.Thus, the experiences subsequently analyzed are of neighborhood organizations that make up the Council of Social Organizations and that historically, each one from its role, seek to respond to social emergencies.
