Kitso has ten years of experience in the nonprofit sector. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dramatic Arts from the University of the Witwatersrand. He is currently the executive director of the South East District Youth Empowerment Association (SEDYEA). He sits in the Board of Directors for Southern Africa Sport for Social Change Network.
