Mr. dr. Marnix Snel is an associate professor of private law at the University of Curaçao and a research fellow of the Tilburg Institute for Private Law. The field of international private law of the Caribbean islands that are part of the Dutch Kingdom has been one of the focal points of his research agenda over the past years.
