This book is intended to give an inside view on the teacher identity development within the participation in the "International Meeting/s" as an outgoing point/s. A main emphasis is put on the enrichment of teacher identity through the activities held during this event. Being involved in the preparation process as well as in the organization matters of the "International Meeting" since 2013, the author has got acquainted with a large number of educators who shared not only their experience but also the influence of this event on their own teacher identity. The "International Meeting 2015" is taken as the main source and basis of this book. A special type of the meeting a "Walking Conference" ("staff on tour"), could give the participants many possibilities to work on their own teacher identity within the offers of this event. Taking into account personal and professional development during the "International Meeting", the participants could give the feedback on self-understandingof teacher identity within the intercultural learning, development of teaching and learning competencies, ability to network.
