Companies are influenced by a variety offactors which made changes necessary. The cause of changes could beinternal or external. The whole company was unorganised,for example without any overview of current figures of incoming labour of theday, any written work instruction, how the tasks has to be done, or anoverview of complaints from customers. The employees had no targets toachieve or some instruction how much work they have to do at one day. Soeverybody can work how he likes and as much as he likes.The management decided to introduce a Qualtity Management System in apart of the company to get an ISO certification. With an ISO certification itwould be possible to get more orders from other business sectors, becausethe certification stands for trust and reliability. To enable the certification, itwas necessary to change the whole working situation of the company. Forexample processes, work instructions, forms, organisational charts, a QualityManagement Manual, an internal error management and a complaintsmanagement were needed. Furthermore a system for the different work,which is done at that day, was needed to plan a strategic future. Through aquality management system, the company has to establish a vision.[...]

Melanie Müller, B.A., wurde 1986 in Ravensburg geboren. Ihr Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der Fachhochschule Vorarlberg in Dornbirn schloss die Autorin im Jahre 2012 mit dem akademischen Grad des Bachelor of Arts erfolgreich ab. Bereits während des berufsbegleitenden Studiums sammelte die Autorin umfassende praktische Erfahrungen in der Banken- und Versicherungs-Branche. Fasziniert von den Reaktionen der Mitarbeiter im Unternehmen, entschloss sie sich eine Untersuchung der Veränderungsprozesse in ihrem Unternehmen vorzunehmen und eine Mitarbeiterumfrage durchzuführen.
