The late Donald Q.Innis was Professor and Chairman of the Department of Geography, State University of New York at Geneseo, NY, for twenty-five years. In addition, he also taught at Chicago and Kington, Ontario. This study represents the culmination of Dr Innis' work on traditional agriculture.
