Anuska Machi Pérez, geboren in San Sebastian (Guipuzcoa) op 25 maart 1961. Afgestudeerd in Rechten en Advanced Studies op het gebied van Strafrecht aan de Universiteit van La Laguna en Social Graduate aan de School of Social Graduates van Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Zij is sinds 2001 werkzaam als officier van justitie bij de Provinciale Rechtbank van Tenerife.
