In Venezuela, as in all underdeveloped Latin American countries, there is evidence of state policies aimed at agricultural production in the swine sector, where capitalist dependence is encouraged, with an intensive, rentier and mercantilist economic model, with the worn-out discourse of population growth with the promotion and development of dependent industry.
