The monograph examines the Administrative and Legal Protection of Intellectual Property Right in the Field of Scientific Activity in Ukraine The author of the monograph has provided theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which consists in determining the essence and specific features of administrative and legal protection of intellectual property right in the field of scientific activity.
