Janice Lwin, PT, DPT, the director of the physical therapist assistant program at American Career College, earned the 2019 Master Teacher of the Year recognition awarded by Elsevier and the Accrediting Bureau for Higher Education Schools. Her research on physical therapy practices has been presented at state, national, and international conferences. A Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists, Lwin is board-certified in orthopedics.
