Carlos Wing-Hung Lo is currently Professor and head in the Department of Government and Public Administration at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. His main research interests are in the areas of law and government, environmental governance, cultural heritage management, corporate environmental management, and corporate social responsibility, within the context of China and Hong Kong. His latest research focuses on longitudinal and cross-city analyses of pollution regulatory control and corporate environmental strategies in China. Shui-Yan Tang is Frances R. and John J. Duggan Distinguished Professor of Public Administration in the Sol Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California. His main research interests include institutional analysis, common-pool resource governance, environmental politics and policy, and collaborative governance.
