Edgar Alberto Cobo Granda é advogado, licenciado em CCEE e mestre em Gestão Educacional. Foi professor e diretor de escolas, colégios e universidades no Equador, com mais de 20 anos de experiência no campo educacional. Atualmente está trabalhando em sua tese de doutorado na Universidade Nacional de Rosário (Argentina).
