However, without organisational contribution towards energy management its success will be questionable. Number of initiatives in technological interventions for energy management has been already proposed. In this book organisational measure for effective installation of corporate energy management system has been discussed. An Energy Management System is more or less a set of procedures and agreements stating how to deal with different situation in which energy aspects play a role. Steps involved in installing Energy Management System in corporate setting such as policy, planning, implementation, checking and corrective action and involvement of top management has been discussed in detail in this book with an aim of rational use of energy so as to conserve it and at large protect and conserve the environment.
